Eight industry modules. Switch on the one that matches your work.

The service desk thatbecomes
your industry.

Every other ticketing tool hands a bank and a fibre operator the same screen and leaves each of them to bend it into shape. Kevrow starts as a support desk anyone can run, then a module rebuilds it around the work you actually do.

Modules, not custom fields

Pick the module. The desk changes shape.

A module is not a template or a pack of renamed fields. It adds the records your work is actually made of, the screens that operate on them, and the permissions that keep them apart, to the same desk your team already knows.

Live

ISP

Run a network, not just a helpdesk.

Circuits, POPs and IP space as records. Fibre and radio planned on the map. Zabbix, LibreNMS or PRTG opens the ticket and names the circuit that broke.

In build

MSP

One desk, many clients, each with their own SLA.

Contracts, managed assets and recurring maintenance, with each client's SLA kept apart from the next client's.

In build

Healthcare

Support that respects patient confidentiality.

Clinical escalation paths and appointment-linked cases, handled so a patient record never leaks into a general queue.

In build

Financial Services

Every case defensible, every timeline provable.

Disputes and complaints as cases, with the audit trail a regulator asks for already written.

In build

Education

Built for the shape of a school year.

Termly workloads, separate student and staff request streams, and campus asset support.

In build

Logistics & Fleet

Cases that know where the truck is.

Cases that know which shipment, which driver and which depot they belong to.

In build

Utilities & Energy

Outages, connections and the people affected.

Meter and connection records, outage handling, and planned-works notices to the people affected.

In build

Government & Public Sector

Statutory deadlines that cannot quietly slip.

Citizen requests with statutory clocks that cannot quietly slip, and freedom-of-information handling.

Modules are bought separately from the plan, and only when you want one. A workspace with no module is a complete support desk.

Underneath every module

A support desk that holds up on its own.

None of the above is worth much on top of a weak queue. This is the part that has to be right before anything else matters, and it is the part your agents live in all day.

One queue

Every conversation lands in the same place.

Email, live chat, WhatsApp and Instagram become tracked work with an owner, a priority, the customer's history and the SLA clock in view.

Routing and automation

Routine work handles itself.

Assign the right group, tag the intent, escalate what is slipping and keep the customer informed, with rules your team can read rather than reverse engineer.

SLAs and reporting

The promise, and whether you kept it.

First response, next response, resolution, backlog and who is carrying it, without standing up a reporting project first.

One module in depth: ISP

This is what a module adds.

A support tool that does not know what a circuit is turns every outage into a person reading a monitoring screen and retyping it into a ticket. The ISP module closes that gap by making the network part of the desk. Every other module does the same thing for its own work.

The alert opens the ticket

Zabbix, LibreNMS or PRTG raises it, and the ticket already names the customer, the branch and the circuit that broke.

Fibre planned on real plant

A route is costed against the cable you already own, so a spur onto your own duct wins over opening the road again.

Radio links, on the map

Point to point and point to multipoint planned beside the fibre, in the same design as the rest of the build.

Circuits, POPs and IP space

The things your NOC argues about are records with owners and history, not a note in a description field.

One of eight modules. A hospital gets clinical escalation paths and appointment-linked cases in the same shape; a bank gets disputes with an audit trail a regulator asks for. None of it is on the desk until you switch it on.

Kora, the Kevrow agent

The agent is free. You decide how far it goes.

Most tools sell you an AI and then ask you to trust it. Kevrow sells the trust instead. Start where nothing reaches a customer without a person pressing send, and move up only when you have watched it work.

  1. Level 1

    Assist

The AI writes and a person sends. Nothing reaches a customer unapproved.

    • Conversation copilot
    • Ticket health
  2. Level 2

    Respond

The AI answers the customer itself, on every channel the desk runs.

    • First response
    • Next response
    • Group response
  3. Level 3

    Operate

The AI acts on the desk: routing, follow-up, stakeholder updates and vendor escalation.

    • Intelligent routing
    • Automated follow-up
    • Stakeholder update

Your own provider keys, your own spend, and a ceiling you set. Kevrow never sends on your behalf at a level you have not switched on.

What stays yours

The parts people regret signing away.

Every platform asks you to move your work onto it. These are the things you keep when you do, and none of them is a setting we can quietly change later.

Your AI keys and your ceiling

Kevrow uses your provider account, so the model bill is yours and the cap on it is yours to set. We never mark up tokens.

Your WhatsApp number

Registered to your business, not rented from us. Take it with you, and keep the conversation history that came through it.

One workspace cannot see another

Isolation is in the schema rather than in a query somebody has to remember to write, and every module keeps its records behind the same wall.

A history nobody can quietly edit

Payments, commission and destructive actions are appended, never overwritten. A correction is a second entry, the way a ledger corrects anything.
